In order to optimize download and install time, we no longer package both the 64-bit and 32-bit version in the same installer when installing from the Creative Cloud application. If you have a 64-bit version of Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 and require a 32-bit version of Photoshop for compatibility with legacy plug-ins or device drivers, you can download the 32-bit version of the 2014 release of Photoshop CC below.

Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8 , or Windows 8.1
2GB of RAM
2GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on removable flash storage devices)
1024x768 display (1280x800 recommended) with 16-bit color and 512MB of VRAM
OpenGL 2.0 capable system
Internet connection and registration are necessary for required software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.*

instruction instalation
1. Download the installer from the link above.
2. From the folder of extracted files, launch Setup by double-clicking the Set-up.exe file
3. At the Welcome Screen, Select "Install" if you have a valid subscription or select "Trial" if you do not have a valid subscription.
4. Sign In with your Adobe ID.
5. At the license screen accept the EULA to continue.
6. At the install options screen you have the option to can change the installation path and language setup or you can accept the defaults.
7. Click on the Install button to finish installation.
8. Click on Launch Now at the Installation Complete Screen to launch Photoshop.
